Salsa on the Square 2026 returns to the newly renovated, historic Decatur Square, bringing the city back together for another unforgettable night of music, dance, and community celebration.
Lineup TBD, but expect the square to come alive with Latin rhythms, local food and artisan vendors, and free dance lessons that welcome everyone from first-timers to seasoned salseros. Under the stars, the night will unfold as a vibrant celebration of culture, connection, and pure dance-floor energy in the heart of Decatur.

Annual Placita Latina Exhibition v.6: Puentes (Bridges)

As part of Hispanic Heritage Month, experience Placita Latina v.6: Puentes (Bridges), an inspiring juried exhibition celebrating the talent and voices of Latinx and Hispanic artists. Featuring painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, and more, this year’s exhibition explores how art connects cultures, preserves heritage, and builds bridges between people and communities.
Visit the exhibition September 18 – October 16, 2026 at the Decatur Arts Alliance Gallery (113 Clairemont Ave., Decatur, GA). Gallery hours are daily from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a free Closing Reception on October 23 from 6:00–9:00 PM. Admission is free for all.
